The rhymes and flow are on point. A track that Sir Alex Dean would be truly proud of. #IGOTTHAT

"I just wanted something raw, simple and without all the riff raff" - J.Kas
Since I first heard Jay-Z on Foxy Brown’s “I’ll Be” track when it first dropped in 1997 as a young teen I knew that this particular rapper was of a different caliber. I’m gonna say I used to tell people that this guy is gonna be big, and lo and behold he has definitely solidified his presence in the Hip-Hop Hall Of Fame as well as Music’s Hall Of Fame.
Magna Carter Holy Grail is a slow burner, but after an intense listen whilst out in the sun on my travels with the headphones on loud, I can say it is what it is. “A GAME CHANGER”.
I have struggled to place this album in my top 5 Jay-Z albums, so I decided that at least two out of six albums have to share a joint position.
Apart from that, the tracks that stand out are as follows:
In fact the more I think about it All the tracks carry a particular grace. And I have come to like the album from start to finish.
I know there will be a lot of criticism about the album but as a person who is musically inclined and who I feel is genuinely interested in the growth of musical sounds, literature and musical history, I will say that this album will go over many listeners heads. Just because people wont understand. But Swizz Beatz said it best “Some People can’t relate to innovation”.
Magna Carter Holy Grail is an album many an artist will find it hard to surpass it’s level. I dare to say that artists aint passed that Blueprint level.
A classic Pete Rock Production which the infamous Lupe Fiasco did his thing on, but then it came across an aspiring artist known as J.Kas who definitely embedded his own legacy on the track. Anybody who is going to step to a Pete Rock joint has to be on a level. J.Kas - “I Got That”
From the Steel Field’s to the VIP Gang Streets of Belgium.
Filmed and edited by FidzCam who are constantly developing their visual techniques and talents, this definitely shows in their latest offering. Hard bars upon hard bars. You don’t have to know what 87Buj is speaking but when you look into his eyes you know he’s on some real ish.
This is one collaboration which has got the streets on both sides of the English Channel talking.
"On Fire" really set the bar for that all round Hip-Hop club rocker.
When we performed this for the 2012 Wap Hip-Hop Festival in Belgium, the crowed went Cray’ as well as Gorillas. This is not an understatement. It was mental out there. “Belgium stand Up”.
It’s good to know that in Europe there is so much love for Hip-Hop music. And when you combine French artists with UK artists it makes it that little bit more special for the people.
The video was shot in and around Sheffield city center, and also J.Kas’s local area Firth Park.

So here we have a documentary. “Changement”.
It would have been so easy to produce your typical “life on road” or “a day in the life” film. But why do what everyone else does time and time and time again. “There’s no space for regurgitation only innovation” - (J.Kas).
If you didn’t know by now, that is not what i’m about. I’m about exploring new dimensions and really taking a dip in uncharted waters. “He who dares wins”, “Nothing ventured. Nothing gained”.
And as my good brother 87 Buj is a Belgium native we were set to have an experience like no other with him as our guide.
Poverty, pimps, gangsters, food, police, racism, politics, music, weed, coffee, housing estates, family, jail, cars, crack guns, cocaine, prostitution and much more where all part of this beautifully crafted country.
To the typical tourist such things go a miss. But to those who have been brought into the inside, it openes a whole new dimension to the single word “CHANGE”
